Account & Registration
Head to 92star Register and fill in your name, Pakistani mobile number, email address, and date of birth. Then choose a username and password. The whole process takes under two minutes on any phone or browser. You do not need to make a deposit to complete registration — your account is created the moment you confirm your details.
You must be at least 18 years old to register and play on 92star. This is a hard requirement. Age is verified using your date of birth during registration, and documentary proof (CNIC copy) may be requested at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 is closed immediately and the balance is forfeited.
No. Each person is permitted exactly one account. Registering multiple accounts — for example to claim the welcome bonus more than once — is treated as bonus abuse. All associated accounts are closed and any balances are forfeited. If you already had an account that was closed, contact our support team before registering again.
You can deposit and play without completing full identity verification (KYC). However, identity verification — uploading a clear photo of your CNIC — is required before your first withdrawal is processed. We recommend completing it immediately after registration so there is no delay when you want to cash out.

Deposits
Log in to your account, go to the Wallet section, and select Deposit. Choose your preferred payment method — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, or a Pakistani Visa/Mastercard. Enter the amount and follow the on-screen instructions. Most deposits are credited within a few minutes under normal conditions.
The minimum deposit on 92star is Rs 500. This is also the minimum amount required to activate the welcome bonus. There is no upper limit on deposits, though some payment methods may have their own daily transaction caps set by the provider — check your Easypaisa or JazzCash account limits if a large deposit is declined.
92star does not charge any fee on deposits. The full amount you send arrives in your PKR balance. Some banks or mobile wallets may apply their own transaction fee — this is outside 92star's control and varies by provider. Check with your bank or wallet provider if you are unsure.
Most deposits arrive within a few minutes. If yours has not appeared after 15–20 minutes, check your transaction history in your Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank app to confirm the payment was actually sent and the reference number. Then contact our live chat support team with the payment reference and amount — we will trace it and credit it manually if confirmed.
92star accepts Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. All transactions are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We do not accept cryptocurrency or international payment methods at this time.
Withdrawals
Log in to your account and go to Wallet → Withdraw. Select your preferred withdrawal method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT, or card), enter your account details and the amount, then confirm. Your identity verification (CNIC) must be complete before the first withdrawal is processed. Once verified, withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes.
Most withdrawals to Easypaisa or JazzCash are processed within 30 minutes under normal conditions. Bank transfers via IBFT may take up to 24 hours depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. If your withdrawal has been pending for more than two hours, contact live chat support with your withdrawal reference number.
The minimum withdrawal amount on 92star is Rs 500. There is no upper limit per transaction, though very large withdrawals may require additional identity verification before being processed. This is standard anti-fraud practice and does not affect the amount you receive.
No. 92star does not deduct any fee from your withdrawal. The amount you request is the amount that arrives in your Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank account. Your payment provider may apply a small incoming transfer charge — check with them directly if you believe funds are being deducted in transit.
Common reasons for a declined withdrawal include: incomplete identity verification (CNIC not yet submitted), an active wagering requirement on a bonus balance, a mismatch between the withdrawal account name and the name on your 92star account, or a pending security check on a new withdrawal method. The welcome bonus — a 100% deposit match up to Rs 25,000 — is applied automatically to your first qualifying deposit after registration. No bonus code is needed. A wagering requirement (also called a rollover) is the number of times you need to bet the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn as real money. For example, if you receive a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 5× wagering requirement, you need to place Rs 5,000 in total bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable real money. Yes. All bonuses on 92star have an expiry period. The welcome bonus and most deposit bonuses must have their wagering requirement completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. After expiry, the bonus and any winnings generated from it are removed from your account. The specific expiry for each promotion is stated on the Promotions page.
Your 92star account has two separate wallets — a real-money wallet and a bonus wallet. Deposits go into your real-money wallet. Bonus credits are placed in your bonus wallet. When you place a bet, real money is used first by default. Winnings from bonus funds are credited to your bonus wallet and become withdrawable real money once the wagering requirement is completed.
Games
The Aviator Game is a multiplier crash game. A plane takes off and a multiplier begins rising from 1×. You place a bet before the round starts, and then cash out at any time while the plane is still flying. If you cash out before the plane flies away, your bet is multiplied by the multiplier at the moment you cash out. If you do not cash out in time, you lose your bet. Rounds are fast — typically 10 to 30 seconds — and the multiplier can go anywhere from just above 1× to 100× or more.
Teen Patti is a three-card poker-style card game popular across South Asia. Players bet against each other or the dealer and the player with the best three-card hand wins. 92star offers multiple variants including Classic, Joker, and Muflis. Tables are available in real PKR, and several variants have a free demo mode so you can learn the rules before staking real money.
Jackpot slots are slot games with a large fixed or progressive prize pool available to players who hit specific symbol combinations. Sports Betting
Log in to your account and go to Sports Betting. Select Cricket from the sport menu, then browse available fixtures. Click or tap on the odds you want to back — this adds the selection to your bet slip. Enter your stake in PKR and confirm the bet. For live in-play bets, odds update in real time and you may need to accept updated odds before the bet is confirmed.
In-play (also called live) betting allows you to place bets on a match that is already in progress. Odds update continuously to reflect what is happening in the game — for example, if a wicket falls in cricket, the odds on the batting team winning will lengthen immediately. In-play betting is available on most major cricket fixtures and selected other sports on 92star.
Bets are settled as soon as the result of the event is confirmed — typically within minutes of the final whistle or last delivery. Winnings are credited to your PKR balance automatically. For markets with multiple outcomes or complex settlement conditions (such as player performance bets), settlement may take a few hours while official results are verified.
If a match is cancelled, suspended, or a specific bet market is voided, your stake is returned to your PKR balance in full. Voiding can occur due to match abandonment, a rained-off cricket fixture, or a specific event not happening (such as a match decided by DLS method where a certain market cannot be settled). 92star follows standard industry settlement rules for all sports.
Account Security
After logging in, go to Settings → Security → Two-Factor Authentication. Follow the on-screen instructions to link your registered mobile number for OTP-based 2FA. Once enabled, every login from a new device will require a one-time code sent to your phone. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA — it takes two minutes and substantially reduces the risk of unauthorised account access.
Change your password immediately using the Forgot Password function on the Login page. Then contact our 24/7 live chat support and tell us you suspect unauthorised account access. We will place a temporary hold on withdrawal activity, review recent login history, and help you secure the account. Do not share your new password with anyone — including support staff, who will never ask for it.

Self-exclusion permanently closes your access to the 92star platform for a minimum of six months. It cannot be reversed during that period. Yes. The cooling-off feature lets you suspend your 92star account for a period of your choosing — from 24 hours up to six months. During a cooling-off period you cannot deposit, bet, or access the platform. The suspension takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed before the chosen period ends. Go to Settings → Responsible Gaming → Cooling-Off Period to activate it.
Reality checks are periodic pop-up notifications that appear during active play, showing how long you have been playing and your net result for the session. Session time limits automatically log you out after a duration you set. Both tools are available under Settings → Responsible Gaming and are free for all accounts.
